I found this hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, but the air conditioning struggled to keep up with our desired temperature. The hotel had rooms that seemed recently renovated but still had an 80's feel, overlooking the pool. Unfortunately, our room wasn't set up upon arrival, and it lacked a toilet with washing capabilities. The service was not up to par, and there was an 'Not Possible' attitude among the staff. On the bright side, the location was convenient to the TCL tram line and offered great restaurant and breakfast services. The dining experience had a huge variety of food, although the morning service could be messy at times. Overall, the main restaurant used for breakfast was adjacent to the hotel.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel was really outside of the city center, which was great for us. The rooms were spacious enough for our family with one kid and one baby, and the lovely balcony with two sun loungers was perfect for my mom, daughter, and accompanying friend.
